The City is Mine tournament was held at Terminal 23 in New York City and featured 40 of NYC’s top high school basketball players on four teams competing for a championship and, naturally, bragging rights to the crown of the mecca of hoops. Here is a photograph of Brooklyn-born Nick Richards. At a svelte 7-feet tall, Richards is a gifted athlete and a highly coveted recruit.
