With so much action from beginning to end, American football is quickly becoming one of my favorite sports to photograph. I recently had the opportunity to freeze the action of a high school football game for the first time in my hometown of NYC. At that game, I also had the great fortune of sharing the sidelines with New York Jets team photographer Al Pereira who was very generous with sharing his knowledge and experience of both photography and football with me.
